  • £950 if paid monthly. £10200 per annum

Senior and Aspiring Senior Leaders

      Join a supportive circle of fellow leaders across five professionally facilitated sessions annually. Guided by an experienced Chair and energised by expert guest speakers, these sessions are designed to build confidence, sharpen leadership skills, and expand your thinking in a safe, collaborative space.

      Step back to reflect, recharge and reset. Our thoughtfully designed retreat offers time and space to focus on your personal growth and strategic clarity—helping you reconnect with your purpose, align with your team, and return with renewed momentum.

    • Bi-Monthly 1:1 Coaching with Your Chair
      Every other month, meet with your Chair for personalised coaching. These one-to-one sessions offer structured support to help you navigate challenges, clarify your leadership approach, and translate insight into meaningful action in your team or function.

  • £850 if paid monthly. £9000 per annum

L&D/OD Professionals

    • Quarterly Development Days
      Deepen your practice and expand your toolkit through immersive, hands-on learning days led by experienced facilitators—each CIPD- or Masters-qualified. These sessions are designed to keep your knowledge fresh, sharpen your strategic edge, and support your progression as a credible and impactful practitioner within your organisation.

    • Quarterly 1:1 Coaching with Your Chair
      Each quarter, benefit from a dedicated coaching session with your Chair to explore your growth, clarify your professional direction, and build the confidence to lead change from within. These sessions offer the time and space to connect your learning with real-world application and long-term career momentum.

  • £500 if paid monthly. £4200 per annum. Includes your Insights Discovery annual licence fee if you’re accredited
